Summary: Oh Well...
Review: I wanted to love this book and be moved by it. I really did. But I guess I just didn't get it. It was nice and all, and its messages are very meaningful, but the book really didn't move me to think about or feel those messages. Oh well.

Summary: A Wonderful Book of Subtle Beauty
Review: When I received a version of this book to read in my Spanish class, I thought that it was just going to be a stupid little children's book. I even went out and bought the English version of the book because I did not want to bother reading it in Spanish. However, once I started reading it, I discovered that it was much more. This book is one with many different levels and a great deal of meaning to it. It makes you laugh at the charming universal truths that it brings to light, but it also makes you weep with sadness. You come to love the little prince just as the author did. This book is a definite must read and I would recommend it to a person of any age. It will truly change the way you look at life and I look forward to giving it to my child to read when I am much older.

Summary: The Classic.
Review: This is a book that every person must read as often as possible. The recommendation for children is not accurate enough. I want to buy it for my 22 year old boyfriend because he has the misfortune of having never read it. There are more lessons within for adolescents and adults than there are for children.

Summary: The single most beautiful book I've ever read
Review: There is no need for all the fancy new language techniques to "spice" up prose. People should look to the dazzling simplicity and spare beauty of The Little Prince. It's a magical, almost religious book about a strange visitor from a another planet who befriends the narrator, a fallen pilot. There are wonderful encounters and memorable scenes in the book (accompanied by fanciful illustrations by St. Exupery himself) that cut to the bone of meaning and touch the heart. The prince's farewell to the fox is my personal favourite. The Little Prince is an awe-inspiring, uplifting book.

Summary: A spark.
Review: This book makes pretty dull reading for a 7 year old (or it did for me at least). 25 years later I find it an inspirational and challenging story for and about all of us. It is deceptively "small". Give a copy to someone who matters to you.

Summary: An imaginative and fascinating novel
Review: Before I'd read "The Little Prince", it happened to be a fairy tale or a children kind story. But after I'd finihsed it, I found it a really amazing one. Life is full of suprises and never predictable, just like being the Little Prince in the novel. It's a story showing how colourful and wonderful our lives can be. Feeling depressed or frustrated?? Just read this book and see if it brings you energy and life again.

Summary: Breathtaking; the meaning of life
Review: Never in my life have I ever read a story of such magnitude. Never have I encountered something so genuinely poignant. I have read only the original French version of this story, and have found it glorious and inspirational. It will remain in my heart and in my life until the day I might read it to my own children. "On risque de pleurer un peu si l'on s'est laissé d'apprivoiser."

Summary: this book is REALLY good!
Review: In this book it just lets your imagination run wild. Sometimes seeing the fictional part of life is good and this book helps you do that. It tells of a journey and it just makes you forget of all your troubles and just think. Use your imagination!! I really like this book and I advise you to go out and buy it and read. It's SOOOOOO good!

Summary: This book is a real life expressed in a child's imagination.
Review: The Little Prince touches my heart especially the way it gives importance to friendship and value of a companion.

Summary: THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH DISCOVERED
Review: A former girlfriend gave me this book, something her father used to read to her when she was a child, just prior to her moving on both literally and figuratively. At the time, I was confused to find the message she was trying to convey but alas I think the genius comes from its many symbolisms. This book is sure to bring out many emotions but hopefully it will convince us never to leave the child in us behind. Think young; stay young. It was a great gift.
