Back Pain Helpbook

Summary: Excellent book for first time injuries!!!
Review: I checked out this book from the library, and after using it for several weeks, decided it would be cheaper to buy the book than pay the library fines. The book provides lots of very useful information on how to manage back pain. Using techniques in the book I was able to recover from a herniated disc much faster than my doctor expected. I gave it 4 of 5 stars only because I found the planning lists at the end of every chapter a bit of overkill. Having fewer lists would have gotten it 5 stars.
