Review: I have been trying to find a diet to help me gain weight and prepare my body for pregnancy. I would even reccommend it to those merely just trying to eat healthy. It has so much helpful information concerning proper nutrients, calories and appropriate food items to eat. Near the end there are menus to help you through preparing for pregnancy and throughout your pregnancy. There is nothing for me to figure out, calculate or guess. It is all laid out. The hardest thing to do after reading this EXCELLENT book is shoppng for the food and then actually making it. It really could not be easier!!
