Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Comfort for the 'wounded woman'
Review: I strongly recommend this book to anyone who has experienced deep disappointment in life -- especially the 'wounded woman.' Without pushing any particular doctrine, Melinda Fish uses scripture and 'case histories' to help us remember God's love for us. Read this before you sink into cynicism.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Restoring The Wounded Woman
Review: If you desire to find someone else to blame for your problems and disapointments this book is for you. I compare it to those beauty magazine articles desined to make you feel less of a person because you do not have what others do. The opinions of Melinda Fish stated in this book are just that her opinions and in no way in line with the teachings of Christ. If you are not happy in your marrage it is not in line with the teachings of Christ to get out of your marriage like you would exit a rollercoaster ride. I also found it insaine that in the first chapter she asks 16 questions of the reader, questions which almost no one can answer no to. Then goes on to state if you answered yes to at least 4 of them you have a problem.
The title of this book should be Creating a Cold Bitter Woman. Here is my advice, If you are not happy with your life look at you and what you are doing, do not try and blame someone else for even if you get rid of them you still will not be happy since you still have the problem. Open your bible, read your bible the answers for you are there. Trust the Lord.
