Review: I refer to this book at least four times a week. I'm a mother of 3, and I'm struggling with the amount of TV my kids watch. This book helped me to get a clear view on what was ok and not ok for my kids to watch, and how to limit the amount of TV they see every day. Dr. Chen has written this book in a very clear manner that I found very useful. A great find!
