Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Great guide for natural remedies for childbearing year Review: This book is a great companion to pregnancy and even has suggestions for improving fertility. I used this and her other book, Easing Labor Pain, to prepare a herbal/homeopathic/aromatherapy kit for labor and delivery. I highly recommend this and her other book. They are both very thorough and non-judgemental in tone, so that you can use alternative therapies as a complement to western medicine without feeling like you have to make a choice between the two. I reviewed some of her suggestions with my Nurse Midwife, she was familiar with them, and gave me the okay to use them during labor and delivery.
