Review: As a freelance web designer and the single mother of five I have my office in my home so I can be there for the kids but instead found a greater distance.Working Parents, Happy Kids was full of great ideas on keeping connected with the kids; helping them understand why I was working and helping me see what I was working for. This book has more than theory... it has practical tips and easy to implement ideas.
Rating: Summary: from angst to bonding with this book Review: I love my kids so much...but i had spent so much time building my naturopathic medical practice that i nearly lost touch with them. Fortunately i slowed down enough to spot Working Parents at an airport bookstore as I was rushing through on the way to another seminar. It's a book i've alreadly actually prescribed several times. a comfort to other busy parents who are crazy about their kids and don't want to lose them. solutions just pop out of this thing. Funny thing is these ladies are local! Travel the world and the answers are in your own backyard.
