Review: I received this book as a gift from my parents during a time when I was struggling with my almost 4 year old daughter. She was behaving so out of character, whining and throwing tantrums. I sent my mom an email saying "Please Help Me" and was answered with my dad sending this book that is already changing our lives. It points out the obvious problems and offers simple solutions. Reinforcing the things that you do right, pointing out what you do wrong, acknowledging that everyone makes mistakes but just try harder- Because it's not that complicated! There are only 12 rules to follow, and 3 lessons to teach - It's an afternoon easy read, and worth a million times what you'll pay for it.
