Summary: This book makes pregnancy sound terrific!
Review: I am currently a single woman who knows that she wants to settle down and have a couple of kids. I saw this book, and I have since bought several copies to give to friends who are expecting or thinking about having a baby. It is like a thick greeting card, and the advice is fun, yet practical. I found myself reading it over and over, and smiling each time. Buy it... you won't be sorry!

Summary: Best book I've gotten so far!
Review: I am only 8 weeks pregnant and am a little worried about announcing my condition. I have been enjoying this little book, which is the gem that the above review promises. It takes the edge off, and make passsing the time easier. I wanted to give it to a friend who also has just gotten pregnant, but apparently it is hard to find, and has sold out. So get it here if you can.

Summary: To expensive, but cute (borrow it)
Review: I borrowed my copy from the library. It was cute, but not worth the money period. This would be cute to read say in a the obgyn waiting room. It's not something you want to spend the money to ship and wait for this in the mail. If you think it's cute for a friend get it from the library, read the book, get some ideas and make your own.

Summary: A complete surprise!
Review: I bought this , as well as a few other books about pregnancy, for my daughter-inlaw who just found out she was pregnant. She called to say that this was her favorite! Apparently it is just good for the pregnant soul....Pick it up!

Summary: If you are tired of too much info, THIS IS FOR YOU!
Review: I found myself getting crazy about each ache and pain, and jumping to conclusions about everything! Too much reading, not enough relaxation. This book is not a medical reference, not a "how to guide,"... it is just an adorable, easy-going, reminder that sometimes pregnancy doesn't have to be all that much to fret about! For the price, it is well worth the smiles, and chuckles it produces.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Genuine, humorous and sweet!
Review: I have had a hard time getting my hands on this one...I saw it at a shower, and loved it! It is meant to give the pregnant woman a chuckle, and a moment of lightness in a time when there is too much to worry about. There are plenty of heavy duty guides out there, and yes, you need one or two. But this is just a sweet, genuine look into the life of pregnancy. Worth the price, but you'll have to search for this gem!
