Summary: I highly recommend this book!
Review: I loved this book! I liked the menu ideas. I liked the way she presented information because unlike so many other pregnancy books, hers was not overwhelming. I liked the chart on how much caffeine is in certain foods and beverages, I loved her suggestions on how to combat morning sickness and her list of ideas for power snacks. I read this over and over when I was pregnant (even before) and have read it again since I've had my baby. I will get this book for all my friends who become pregnant! There is a Christian feel to the book which I appreciated.
