Good Food for Kids

Summary: Great pictures; not for picky eaters
Review: This book is fun for me and the girls to just look at, but my 4 year olds will only eat the simplest items from it even if the finished dish is fun/interesting looking. I do like the chapters on nutrition and meal planning. I'm glad I bought it, but I seldom use it.

Review: This is an excellent book, providing sound nutritional advice and simple, delicious recipes. While there is an emphasis on children's nutrition, this is really a good book for anyone seeking to eat healthier, regardless of whether or not they have children.
