Review: I found this book in my local library, and had to get it for everyone I knew with children. I like the idea of literature and science, and everything in school and life, being connected. Schools don't do enough interdisciplinary teaching that lets children understand the connections between everything in life. This books is a good start towards that. While I would prefer the inclusion of more literary works aimed at older children, the fact that the authors have included activities and questions, along with specific lessons for specific grade levels, makes this book unique and invaluable.
