Rating: 5 stars
Summary: the power of labels
Review: This is a great first book by a groundbreaking scholar. Anyone that can make cogent connections across nineteenth century homes to twentieth century workplaces, explain why concepts of anemia changed and maintain an emphasis on the experience of anemia desreves a wide audience.

I recommend this to people interested in environmental justice, women's studies, and African-American history.
