Summary: THE book on recovering from trauma
Review: This is the one book you need if you are searching for solutions to problems you have arising from childhood trauma (for example, unexplainable fear, uncontrollable anger and rage, debilitating depression, substance abuse, and so on). Middleton-Moz is insightful and genuinely helpful both in describing the results of childhood trauma in adults and in suggesting strategies for dealing with the underlying issues and healing from the trauma. If you are searching for something along any of these lines, do yourself a favor and buy this book.
