Summary: You must be kidding...
Review: ...Wonder why there are so many used copies of this book for sale? I would like to sell my brand new copy, but there are already seven other disappointed readers out there trying to sell theirs! This book is filled with ideas which are too ridiculously silly for words. Unless you are a Brady family member, in which case you will think these activities are "super!". I couldn't even leave this book out for friends and family to look at because the ideas are so stupid. Really. I can't believe anyone who uses this book would play more than a few of these games. If you must buy this book, please help someone out and buy a used copy!

Summary: It gave me some great ways to have family fun at no cost.
Review: I recommend this book to anyone looking for ways to introduce some fun activities to their family and get the "potatoes" off of the couch. There are also some suggestions on ice-breakers that have been used at business meetings that are far too serious. (ie; Funny glasses with a nose).

Summary: The book you family wants you to read
Review: Simple Fun explains how to obtain balance in your life. Unlike more well meaning advise books, Simple Fun gives you the skill-set to do it,day after day. Your family wants you to read this book.

Summary: First fun activity book I've found that a busy mom can use.
Review: There are several other great activity books out there. But this is the first one I can actually use almost anytime, any where, and with my spouse or with my kids, no matter what I'm doing, whether it's cooking, eating dinner, shopping, doing chores, at the office...really anything, even arguing. And simple clear directions make these games and antics someof the easiest to use of the family activity books I've seen." --Diane Brodkey (elementary school teacher and parent of a six yearold and eight yearold.)

Summary: You need this book!
Review: This book is exactly what I have been looking for! It's a collection of many easy ideas for ways to have fun in many daily activities, such as waking up & going to bed, dealing with chores, and waiting. My imagination doesn't extend much beyond playing "I Spy" with my children, so we really need this book. The author also discusses why play & fun are important, but any parent or person involved with children knows this. This book gives you concrete ways to have fun, encourages you to use your own imagination, and best of all, you don't need lots of money or "stuff" to use these ideas. As the author says, "the best things in life aren't things".

Summary: Great Book For Summer Time Traveling with the Kids
Review: We got this book last year at Christmas, and it has some great ideas for "spontaneous' games that you can play with the kids while traveling. Whether you are going by car, plane or train, the kids frequently get antsy or bored. There are many games that take no planning, and use common things around you, to entertain, get silly, and just enjoy.
