Aromatherapy During Your Pregnancy

Review: This book would make a great gift for anyone you know who is expecting. The book itself is small and fits in my purse easily. This book covers quite a few helpful topics for during pregnancy and child care after the delivery. I liked the section for the partners, which explains why aromatherapy is beneficial and encourages them to massage you (which is always a plus). The layout of the book was confusing, because it jumped right into pregnancy care without much discussion of the essential oils to use first. It may be better to buy this book if you already know a bit about aromatherapy. I really like the chart at the end of the book telling you the oils to use in each trimester. It makes looking up a particular oil very easy. This book is a good thing to have on hand while you are pregnant. It tells just enough to give you all the information you need to safely use aromatherapy in pregnancy without repeating itself. I think I'll take it to the hospital!
