Review: Okay, I don't have kids, so I don't know how helpful this book would be to someone who is expecting, but it has proven very useful to me. I like to make up stories and do character sketches (confession: aspiring author) and I like to find beautiful names that are also meaningful and unusual. This book has all of it: unusual, common, and some of the slightly far out and their meanings. I love to look up the meaning of my friends' and family's names...so far, every name I've looked up has been in it. This book is worth every penny I payed for it plus having the handsome young salesclerk eye my tummy when I bought it. Sigh.
