Summary: You are not alone
Review: A friend of mine was going through a tough time in college because he was starting to "come out" for the first time. He was terrified that nobody would accept him anymore. I ordered this book for him and he really enjoyed reading it (I read it as well). It helps to read about people who are going through the same thing you are. The stories are all real; some are happy & some are not, but that's true life. This book had a positive effect on my friend & I'm sure it will have a positive effect on you as well!

Summary: Inspiring yet tragic first-hand experiences from GLB teens.
Review: A teen's life is already crowded with too many questions. Most are trivial, but one can be very important. Just this year, I told my mom that I thought I was gay. I had heard about this book (ironically enough) on the Internet, so I asked her to buy it for me. The book practically saved my life. Its pages are filled with touching and emotional writings by gay and lesbian teenagers who questioned themselves and, for the most part, lived to tell about it. I'm 16. It confirmed some of my fears about being gay, answered a lot of my questions, but most importantly, gave me the courage to live. I recently told my close friends that I am gay. They don't care. Now I'm thinking about writing my own story, so my experience can help the next teen choose to live, just as I did

Summary: One of the best books I have ever read in my life.
Review: By far one of the best books I have ever read. Two in Twenty inspired me more than I ever thought possible. Should be required reading for every high school teacher in America. If you or someone you love is gay, I highly recommend reading this book.

Summary: A Must For The Newly Out, or the "Not Sure."
Review: I got this book shortly after coming out to myself ..................and it helped more than you could imagine. In that situatoin, hearing about the stories of other like you is the single best thing for you; It helped me overcome those feelings of being "the only one" (along with the internet, which gets most of the credit... I also acredit the internet for my still being alive; it is also how I found this book.) It contains the touching and highly varied accounts of around 20 teenagers. Some get a happy ending, some end in tragedy, and many fall somewhere in the middle. This should be read by everyone just coming out or still coming to terms, as well as educators and anyone else that has to deal with youth from Middle School to High School. Read it then pass it on to someone else who needs it when you're older. I cannot thank Ann Heron or Allison Books enough.

Summary: Great
Review: I thought it was a wonderful book. I don't normally read but I read this in two days. I couldn't put it down. The story about Elizabeth almost made me cry. It's sad that she took her own life.

Summary: 2 in 20 is a Must
Review: This book is a MUST for any teen who is questioning, just coming out to themselves, or don't have many other GLBT friends to relate to. I read this when I came out to myself almost 2 years ago, and it was an enormous breath of fresh air. FINALLY- some thing I could relate to. I've shared this book w/ my other gay and bisexual friends, and they love it too. It's a perfect "coming out" gift. :) It's worth every penny and share it with your friends!

Summary: If I could rate this higher I would!
Review: This book is more a resource than anything. If you are young and strugling with you sexuality this will help you along the way! This book details the experiances of other gay youths as they realized they were gay. It is not at all one sided as most of the resources out there. It shows the good, bad, and the ugly. You will come out of this book fully realizing that you are not alone. It details what other people went through in thier real lives. This helps make a stugle a little better. If you do get it, fulfil the author's wishes and share it with anyone you can.

Summary: One of the best books for GLBTQ youth
Review: This is a must read if you are questioning, or you know that you are lesbigaytrans. The positive outcome stories are reassuring, and there is a list of more resources at the end of the book. The list includes similar books, and I think there also is a list a groups that would be usefull. If this book sounds like it could help you, BUY IT!! You'll be GLAAD you did. (Pardon the pun)
