Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: An amazing read! Review: I am not a Notre Dame fan, but my husband is and he strongly urged me to read this book. I couldn't be more thrilled that I did! It was enjoyable throughout and I was sad when it ended. Everyone should read this- sports fan or not, Notre Dame fan or not.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Inspirational Review: I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. While Moose Krause isn't the most recognizable figure in Notre Dame sports history, his story certainly makes him one of the most interesting. Congrats to Mr. Kelly for his enthusiastic, page-turning masterpiece!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Inspirational. Review: Kelly's review of Krause's life and career sheds light on the uniqueness that makes the Notre Dame community a special place. Well written, insightful and a great read for Notre Dame fans and non-fans alike.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: More Than A Sports Story Review: This book would appeal not just to fans of Notre Dame or sports fans. It tells the story of a man who achieved much as a sports figure and in a career as an athletic director. However, his greatest triumphs were in lessons he applied to overcome personal tragedies. Moose Krause's legacy is the example he set forth in how he lived his life.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: The compelling story of a life well lived. Review: This is a story not of a great sportsman but of a great man who believed sports helps to build character in its participants. Moose proved this true in his own life and championed not just varsity athletics at the University of Notre Dame but intermural sports for all students. Through triumph and tragedy Moose embodied honesty, integrity and brought joy to all who knew him. His was a life we would all do well to emulate. This book is for all who enjoy reading stories of the greatest generation.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Love this book, and I didn't even attend Notre Dame Review: This is an absolutely wonderful accounting of a man who had a vision of the proper place of athletics in American life. By the end, I had a tear in my eye, even though I have no direct connection to ND.
