He shows us all the ways we can love our children by embracing, understanding, and helping our child's public school. It needs a sequel, however, to more fully explain the role of the Board of Education, distinguish between PTA's, HSA's, and PTO's, the role of teacher unions, how the balance shifts between academic and vocational goals, the role of the federal department of education, and many more topics. A great start. I wish I'd had this book years ago, but it's never too late.
