Summary: Helpful for Dads, too!
Review: This book was the most helpful for me in understanding what my wife was going through during her pregnancy. The answers are straightforward, the topics are easy to understand, and humor is used in an effective way throughout.

Dr. Thurston delivered our baby and he is as great of a doctor (and as funny) as he comes across in the book. I've already ordered more copies of this for my family and friend who are expecting!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: 1st Pregnancy? Look no further.
Review: This book will answer most any question you can possibly ask about your pregnancy. You know- the one that you either meant to ask the doctor at your last visit or felt it might not be important enough to ask. The book is informative and erudite, yet, is written in lay language that is easy to understand. It is tastefully comical in discussing many of the more sensitive and taboo topics and its approach is suggestive rather than preachy. The organization of the book around a list of questions that each seemed to gain in relevancy at different stages of our pregancy, allowed us to read in fragments without feeling guilty for "skipping around." We highly recommend this book for the first time parent(s).

Summary: Clear, Concise ,very informative and with a dash of humour.
Review: You can't ask for much more. Being a Registered Nurse myself I was extremley cognizant of what type information I was looking for during my pregnacy, I found this book had everything I was looking for and then some. You can never have to much information especially when it benefits you and your baby's health. Thankyou Dr Thurston for creating such a wonderful book/reference that I will be able to use for my next pregnacy as well.
