Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A delightful, gorgeous boudoir book Review: The calming, comforting, relaxing words put together with caring thought in this wondrous, artistic book ultimately produce an invigoration for the soft, personally-enjoyable things of life. You've never before seen a beautiful little book quite like this one--with its fascinating writing, elegant pictures, tips on teas, secrets from the world of yoga, pointers on massage and shiatsu and aromatheapy, snippets of inspiring poems--and, most of all, delicious ways you can pamper yourself with naps and with preludes to naps. Do yourself a favor, and get Permission to Nap, just for yourself. Then you'll want to get another one for your mother, or for your grandmother, or for your daughter.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Permission to endulge Review: The craftmanship of the book is as impressive as the words and art contained. Napping promotes health and happiness and yet so many of us feel guilty to endulge. I know I do. This book not only explains why one should nap using some interesting supporting stories and history, but it puts you in the right mood to nap. This book is the kind you would find in an upscale spa or salon and makes for a very enjoyable break. I know I would have a cool friend if I saw this on his/her coffee table.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Starting my Christmas shopping early!! Review: This is the book that I am buying for my mom, my sisters, and all of my female friends who are workaholics, working mothers (same difference), domestic engineers with little ones at home, and those expecting--they all deserve a nap. -A totally appreciative fan.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: American Women go play! You have permission now! Review: Why do I always feel guilty when I take time to play? Play tennis, golf...I feel this book is long overdue. Women need to be able to play as much as the kids and men in our lives. I bought this book to get over my guilt and to be motivated to go play when I feel the pull of "other things that I think I should be doing." I saw an article about this book in Women's World and then again in Women's Health & Fitness and then knew at that time, this is a sign--I needed to buy this book and read it. Two weeks into my play and I am so glad I have this silent mentor to keep me playing!
