The author gives practical insight as to how she mentored her two daughters. There are sixteen practical chapters, each taking a subject that allows mom and daughter to openly discuss. There are also fun activities at the end of each chapter. Chapter 16 allows moms to write their own story for their daughter. This is a great tool to allow moms to impart their lives and beliefs.
