Review: This book is an excellent choice for the newly diagnosed diabetic or anyone interested in diabetes. It should be the first book read after being diagnosed. It is very clear and easy to read-no technical words and jargon. Gets reader on track for the beginning of one's new lifestyle change. Easy to understand and answers all basic questions. I wish I had discovered it early in my diagnosis.
