Rating: Summary: A Must Have! Review: I am an orthopedic surgeon in training. I picked up "The Other Midlife Crisis" and read it cover to cover. It was like talking to my patients, explaining their condition in ways they can understand and accept. The book also made me laugh. I guess you can be a doctor and still have a good sense of humor.
Rating: Summary: It is really, really worth it!! Review: I picked up this book on arthritis and it was easy to read and understand. I feel like I really understand this subject. My brother-in-law has had four back surgeries and is completely disabled. I know now how to avoid that situation. This book should be read to prevent disasters. It's worth it.
Rating: Summary: Interesting reading!! Review: My wife bought a copy of Michael Wilson's book for me and I thought, "Why would I want to read a medical book on arthritis" I lived to eat those words. Michael Wilson's writing is totally reader focused with understandable terms and great illustrations. He comes across as very human and very interested in educating the general public about arthritis and "all those other aches and pains". I thoroughly enjoyed this book and learned a lot from it. I highly recommend it.

Rating: Summary: Connection to the workplace Review: Our co. had an epidemic of carpal tunnel syndrome. People would take days off and our worker'c comp. claims increased. I, as a manager, didn't understand what cps was, how our workplace could cause it and which employee complaints had merit. The illustration and text on cps are so clear that I saw which work stations were a problem and learned what I could efficiently due to eliminate some of the risk and avoid loss of productivity
Rating: Summary: Still chuckling Review: This book is irreverent. I laughed myself silly. I recommend this book if you are in the mood for something funny.
