Rating: Summary: It's a keeper!! Review: This book offers guidance on pregnancy fitness in a straightforward and engaging way. As a huge fan of the gym, I was very impressed with the weight training advice. And I so wish that the comprehensive relaxation section was available to me with my previous pregnancies.The author did a great job making exercise - not the easiest thing to stay motivated about while getting bigger and bigger and more off-balance - something to look forward to. Now that I'm pregnant with my fourth child and think I know everything there is to know about being pregnant, it's a surprise to find out that I still have some stuff to learn. I highly recommend this book!

Rating: Summary: Great book, Great topic! Review: This is THE best book on pregnancy fitness I have ever seen. If staying fit during your 9 months of pregnancy is important to you, this is the book you MUST have! The author obviously has a great grasp on this topic and has brought it to a level that we understand and won't need a dictionary to interpret. This would also make a super gift to a newly pregnant friend.
