Summary: A well-written, compehensive look at ADHD in Teens. A gem!
Review: Ms. Alexander-Roberts' second book on the topic carries on where her first book, "The ADHD Parenting Handbook", leaves off. She has written an excellent, well-researched book that provides in-depth information on living with the teenager with ADHD. She covers the most important concerns well. These include: parenting strategies that work; the use of medication; and the positive aspects of having ADHD. She also discusses helping your teen say "no" to drugs; other co-existing disorders that may be present, but often go undiagnosed and untreated; and many other topics important to parents of ADHD teens. Highly recommended
