Rating: Summary: The Book Is An Eye Opener Review: "Amazing how beautifully the author has condensed the essence of a whole philosophy of healing into a few hundred pages. Who knew that Ayurveda can be so easy and fun to follow? I always thought it was something ancient and obsolete, until I found this book. Read it--just the first few pages can change your life! It opened my eyes."

Rating: Summary: Fabulous! Review: I tried the step-by-step morning massage recommended in this book: and discovered bliss! And the author has a very easy, readable style. Go get it!
Rating: Summary: A truly essential read Review: The beauty of this book is that it is so simple. If you ever thought Ayurveda was hard to understand, you'll be pleasantly surprised once you delve into this book. It works because after reading just the first few chapters, you want to actually try out the ayurvedic routine. And the recipes...yum!!
Rating: Summary: The Best Ayurveda Primer Review: This book has much to recommend it. It contains the best ever explanation of the dosha system, which forms the foundation of Ayurveda. It shows you how to make small, slow changes in your routine, and yet make a big difference to the quality of your life. I've already started sleeping 15 minutes earlier than I used to, and I'm amazed at how good it feels. And finally, it's a well-written, friendly book to read--be sure to check out the chapter on what to expect from a first visit to an ayurvedic physician--called a vaidya.
