The delivery of fascinating information presented in this 300-some odd page book is liken to sitting spell-bound in the midst of ancient medicine men and futuristic scientists. Dr. Hershoff's background as award-winning best-loved professor shows with the user-friendly organization. I make use of this book as a quick and thorough reference and also as a compelling novel. EXCELLENT!

Review: This book is a great quick reference for the layman and clinician alike. The material is organized well with plenty of references and scientifically based uses. I use this little gem when I am in a hurry and need something quick, concise, accurate and to the point. This book is definitely worth having around. I will never get rid of my copy.
