It has many pragmatic answers, and down to earth advice about how to handle many situations that arise while raising a teenager, such as how to deal with the "I want a car," dilemma to smoking, staying in school, etc. This book teaches how to really communicate with your teenager in a sane and non-threatening way so they might actually LISTEN to you. I highly recommend this book.
