Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Fabulous
Review: This book was one I found at the library and having been diagnosed with Adult ADD just one year ago at the age of 26, I had a lot of struggles trying to find better ways to study while in grad school. This book has helped me immensely. It's easy to read, the real-life stories bring a great quality to the book and the tips are wonderful.

Rating: 4 stars

Summary: Best of its Kind
Review: You have an attention deficit.

An overly academic, wordy textbook is not your friend.

This book is exactly what you need.

The layout and the informality of the writing allow even the most scatterbrained reader to stay focused and get the maximum amount of information without struggling to grasp it.

It's incredibly helpful for the AD/HD adult, their friends and families and anyone else who just wants to know exactly what is known about this horribly frustrating, yet occasionally wonderful condition.
