Review: Hallie's Story is about a woman caught in an abusive relationship. Each chapter is followed by a therapist's explanatiion of the dynamics involved in that chapter. Linda Deweese brings her knowledge as a therapist to this difficuldt situation. The book reads like a novel, is easy for the lay person to understand, and offers powerful inights for the therapist! Hallie's sstory can offer valuable information to everyone. You never know when a friend, loved one, or client may become involved in an abusive relationship. C. Smith,MA, CHt
