Review: I agree. I bought my copy in the bookstore after combing through all the others on the shelf. I'm still referring to it today with my first baby. I am ordering it now as a gift through Amazon to send to my cousin who will be breastfeeding for the first time. This book is much more informative, provides a more holistic versus clinical approach and explains more of the emotional as well as scientific benefits of breastfeeding. Recent publishing makes it much more timely for this new movement back to breastfeeding.

Review: There are many, many books out there on breastfeeding management but this is the first book I've seen that balances the technical with the emotional. I have been searching for a long time for a guide to natural therapies for breastfeeding mothers and I've finally found it! The Author includes information on breath awareness, massage, aromatherapy, homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies, and much more. With practical how to imformation and an ample resource appendix this is a book well worth owning - it sits on my shelf right next to my Womanly Art Of Breastfeeding!
