Summary: Fabulous Resource!
Review: Stacy DeBroff did it again - what a wonderful book! There are tips covering every topic you could imagine and then some. The book has a great layout - mom stories break up bulleted tips. I learned hints that I would never have thought of -- plus reading the experiences of moms from all walks of life was very comforting. I've already given the Mom Book as a gift to a friend of mine - she loves it too! Keep up the great work Stacy - I look forward to your next book!

Summary: Great Resource
Review: The Mom Book is a smart and easy-to-use resource for moms or anyone who fills a mom role in their household.

Stacy DeBroff has gathered advice from moms of all types -- those with many children; those with one child; those with grown children and young children, and those with children who have special needs. The different and many opinions give the book a conversational feel that makes it easy to read.

DeBroff isn't telling anyone how to be Martha Stewart, but sharing clever suggestions from other moms on the ideas that helped make their lives a little bit easier. Topics range from everyday things like meals and cleaning, to keeping holidays special but sane.

I find that I can sit down and read an entire chapter or just turn to any page and learn a new mom idea. That makes it convenient to keep on the kitchen counter to page through when I'm on hold, or on the nightstand to read a few pages before bed.

A wonderful find!

Summary: The penultimate "User's Guide" for running a family!
Review: The Mom Book is an incredibly comprehensive guide to the tips and tricks of keeping a modern day family running smoothly. Think of this book as a family "User's Guide". The interviews and tips from a variety of real Mom's are priceless and the warmth and humor kept me reading for hours. The sheer amount of information makes this a book that I will refer to time and time again as the needs (and size) of my family change. I wish this was available before I started my family so that I would have been better prepared for all of the challenges!

Summary: Super Book for Any Mom (or Dad)
Review: This book has practical and useful ideas that will help ANY parent who is looking for a new idea. Some of the tips are common sense, but most of them are truly helpful and unique.

It's like listening in while the "SuperMoms" (you know the ones)whisper secrets the rest of us haven't figured out yet. I like it.

Summary: This is the ULTIMATE parenting book
Review: This book is almost 700 pages long and it covers it ALL! And the Index makes it easy to find things. Plus you find you're not the only person who has problems with breastfeeding, teacher's conferences, Sleepovers, Whatever... The section I personally found most helpful was on Home pool (we don't have one, but my parents do, and we had to make some adjustments, which I wouldn't have known if I hadn't read the book). I love the moms' comments. These are people who have been there... This is real life advice from real mom...if you only take ten things to heart, it's well worth the price. Very HIGHLY recommended.

Summary: Great Ideas! Every family should own
Review: This is a great reference book and full of great ideas! The kind that you say, "why didn't i think of that??"! I leave it out all the time because there is always something new to learn and there is more information than any family could ever ask for.
I think you should order two, one for you and one for a friend!

Review: This isn't anything new.
I have read the same old tips online for years.
A disappointment.
