Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Giving the Review is the same as Receiving the Review Review: Good-bye to Guilt is an esteem and image enhancer. The author comes from the heart and I personally feel it is the "truth." Giving is the same as receiving. Guilt is ego-based and destructive. His perceptions hit home: we only act out of two emotions -- love or fear. I also like the daily lessons so that one can put into practice the principles Mr. Jampolsky so eloquently shares throughout his book. I have personally benefited from the lessons presented in the book and have shared it with many others. I buy copies of this book and give them away to those who I feel are open-minded and willing to try something different. The book offers a way to release your fears by forgiving all, including the world. This is so simple that most cannot or will not get it. The practice of forgiveness is written in a way that nearly all who can read will be able to apply this simple, but difficult principle. But, not all will want to forgive. Mr. Jampolsky offers real-life examples that help to define the exact points he is trying to convey. I will continue to buy and distribute this book to countless others in need of it and who want it. Thank you for allowing me to review this book. Cindy Cañas =)
