Rating: Summary: I agree!!! Review: I agree with everything that the "reader from East Greenwich RI" wrote in her review. In fact, I was going to write a review...then I read hers, and it is word-for-word what I would have said!! This book has given me so much joy. I'm so glad I have one for my second boy....wish I'd had one for the first.
Rating: Summary: Love it, Love it, Love it! Review: I bought this baby book for my first baby and absolutely love it. The illustrations are beautiful and I love all of the spaces to paste his cute little pictures. And for me, the little poems and sayings perfectly capture the wonderment of raising a baby. I was determined to buy a different and unique baby book for each of my three children. However, as I have struggled to fill out the other two baby books, I have finally decided that they will all have the same one, because I just can't get the other two to be as wonderful as the first. I have come to this site to purchase two more and start over for my other two children. I really like that this book does not stop at one year, but allows you to fill in information through toddlerhood and early school days. It also gives many pages that allow you to share whatever you want... the things that are important to you. It does not have a lot of room for bulky things, but I have a seperate keepsake box for those sort of things anyway. I love this baby book!

Rating: Summary: Love this book! So beautiful! Review: I bought this book myself for my 2nd child. It is so lovely - the pictures and language are endearing. I like that it begins with your pregnancy, not when the baby is born.

Rating: Summary: Finaly full Review: I brought this book for my first daughter it is sweet, pretty and fun. I wish it had more room for pictures! My hubby calls it an accordion book because it is so full. There are some missing things like first hair cut, sibling pages, and so on. I am one of those who couldn't have written enough for me there is not enough room on most pages. 2 years latter the cover has yellowed. There are so many cute things like an art work page, room for hand prints and foot prints and so on. I did not like the teeth page hard to fill. All in all this is a great book room enough and if you don't really have the time but want all the stuff its perfect! My second one is on the way; I am looking for another book for the new baby.
Rating: Summary: A terrific little baby book Review: I had this baby book for my son and liked it a lot, but wanted to get my daughter something different. I ordered her Deborah Schenk's A BABY BOOK. Though Schenk's book was very pretty, I found I liked the format of this book much better. In BABY LOVE, there were more lines on each page for capturing an event--I could write as much or as little as I wanted. I also liked the format of the height and weight table, and I liked that there were plenty of spaces where I could paste photographs (which I did!) This book has all the basics: you can include info about the pregnancy, both mom and dad's feelings, how you arrived at the baby's name, your delivery experience, etc. But it also has pages where you can write about silly things like bath time, toys your child likes, favorite books, how you spend the holidays, when your child reached certain milestones (clapping, singing, playing jokes, getting teeth), etc. There are also places to record memories of your child's 1st through 5th birthdays, though unlike other baby books, there aren't a lot of pages dedicated to birthdays after the second. The focus here is definitely on the first year or two. (Which, frankly, is all you're likely to fill in!) All in all, I found this to be a great, inclusive book. I'd definitely buy this as a shower gift! The only thing I'd improve upon is to make it LARGER. That way, you can paste in full size pieces of paper or other memoribilia. It is was larger, this would be a five-star rating all the way!
Rating: Summary: A nice keepsake Review: I love the illustrations of this book. I have filled it with lovely memories of my now 5 year old daughter. My only complaint is that it is hard to store loose keepsakes in it (my other two children had larger baby books). The other baby books have many of the illustrations covered over with pictures I have pasted in but this one I have tried to keep all of Susan Branch's writing and drawings intact. I feel so warm and sentimental when I look back at this keepsake of mine.
