Problems (such as - MY CHILD DOES NOT WANT TO BATHE) are listed with all of the consequences that you can inforce that have to do with that problem. In the back there are contracts and job charts that you can copy to help your children learn responsibility. I think this book is an excellent tool to keep you from losing your cool with your children.
