Review: I have been using this book for years in a meditation class I teach. The meditations are original, fun and very relaxing. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Not Just For Children
Review: When this book first came out I read it as a classroom resource. I noticed that the class was more calm after the exercises, and when I talk to some of them, now 10+ years later, they still remember some of the images. It's excellent for all ages. It says "Children" on the cover, which would tend to turn adults off, but it's excellent. I still use it today
