Summary: Disappointing
Review: While the subject matter and point of Jones' book are both excellent, the writing is more like an academic dissertation riddled with quotes from "experts". I felt as if he was unsure of his beliefs, and needed to back them up with other people's endorsements.

I do like some of the exercises of mental visualization; but I would highly recommend "Birthing From Within" as a more practical guide (clear, concise exercises to practice) & more accessible read.
