Review: I was recently diagnosed with extremely high blood pressure and I knew absolutely nothing about it. This book really helped me understand what was going on! It is very clear and easy to read, well-organized and very detailed. I read the entire book and really enjoyed it. I continually refer to it for info about medications, side effects, diet, etc. I would recommend it highly for anyone who needs to know about high blood pressure.
