Review: I own this book and LOVE it!!! I'm a preschool teacher and this has helped me get ideas for my class to do as projects. My son has also gotten ideas to help him with school projects. FamilyFun is a magazine that kicks butt and so do their books. Get this book!!!!

Summary: Not as good as I had hoped.
Review: I wish I hadn't bought this book. It's a reminder for me to not judge a book by its flashy/attractive cover. The book is overwhelming and not as organized as I would have liked. I wish that it would say how long each activity takes and, far more importantly, difficulty/skill/recommended age levels. It really is taking too much time going through the book and having to reject so many of the activities because they are clearly not age-appropriate for my young children. This book is really geared for older children.

Summary: Great fun for beginners and more advanced
Review: I work at a shelter for domestic violence victims including children. Many of these children have never had the opportunity to do crafts with a parent figure or go to school. Every time (and I mean every time), there was a craft class scheduled and we used something from this book in conjuction with a school lesson, the kids had a great time and learned something. They had, for the first time, something to give to their mothers for Christmas or Mother's Day. The book is very easy to follow and I love the way it is divided up. If children who are learning challenged can do this, anyone can.

Review: I'm a day camp counselor and this is the best book of arts and crafts. I'm constantly refering to the book for ideas. It truly does have over 500 activities. Plus the book has pictures and suggestions from parents.

Summary: This was a great book!
Review: It is great for home schooling. The kids were very excited and proud of the book. The only thing we didn't like was that the first time we opened the book it fell apart. We want to keep the book because we like all the projects. It should hold up to children opening the book up.

Review: This is a fabulous book to have on the shelf. My daughter loves to do art projects, so now we have an endless supply of ideas for things to do at home. Now I don't have to say to myself "why can't I ever come up with things like that to do at home". Most importantly, the book has instructions that really explain how to do things so that they come out properly!!! EASY INSTRUCTIONS!!!

Summary: Great for home or the classroom!
Review: This is one great book. The spiral, hard-back cover is easy to handle. The ideas are realistic. I can do most of these crafts from things that are in my cabinets. They are great to do with my 3 year old or in the classroom. The crafts are categorized, making it simple to locate ideas for any occasion. We LOVE this book!
