Rating: Summary: A Lifesaver Review: This little book on sleep has sure helped me and my family get through the night. It turned out that my middle child's new sleep problem was a touchpoint for all of us, and once we understand that her refusal to go to bed and her awakenings during the night were all about being four and afraid of her own feelings, we were able to show her we could take her seriously and help her settle herself back down. It is such a relief to know that there is so much more help in this little book that I can turn whenever I need it again. I hope every parent knows that there is such a helpful resource out there.
Rating: Summary: Not recommended!!! Review: We purchased this book to try and help us help our 1+ year old daughter to have better sleep habits. This book was absolutely no help.
