Summary: I worked, But make sure to read the entire Book First!
Review: This book was very informative to me, not only as a woman trying to concieve our 3rd baby, but as a WOMAN. This book really taught you the things that you would not have learned in college. I had a son the old fashion way and then 8 months later got pregnant with a beautiful daughter the same way. Our daughter 3 1/2 months later passed away from SIDS. We were devostated, the thought of going through pregnancy again was alot to handle and then the pressure of wanting another girl was even greater. I was told about this book by a friend and read it twice, following it very carefully I had our 2nd beautiful and healthy daughter. I always say it is Gods will as to what you will have but the book lets you give him a "little" helping hand.

Summary: Going to start trying soon for a girl
Review: ...It is very informative and extremely helpful. I would like to have a little girl as my second child since I already have a boy, but would not be disappointed with whatever is given to me. I was glad to stumble on a book that won't only possibly help me with the sex of my next child, but also help me with knowing my body and what signs to look for to help me get pregnant period. I'll update when I find out what it is, and of course when I get pregnant. Thanks Dr. Shuttles for the info.

Summary: How to choose the Sex of your Baby.
Review: I read this book twice. I was highly impressed by this book the first time itself but was not ready for conceiving my 2nd child. I already hv a boy & now I plan for a girl. I hv already missed 1 cycle. But I am getting closer to the goal I beleive. Its lot of pain & frustration before conceiving. But my wish for a baby girl is so strong & I beleive that with Dr Shettles methods of predicting ovulation, I wl be able to achieve my goal & my dreams of having a baby girl. I would recomend this book for everyone who plan to choose the sex of their baby.

Summary: How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby
Review: I had four sisters and no brothers in my family. My wife had a brother and a sister. My wife and I had no preference of which sex for our first born. It was a girl. We really wanted a boy also and yet keep our family small. In talking with a friend who had read this book, he said he got what he wanted.

I got the book and read it. There was no mumbo jumbo. It was good science and common sense. My wife and I followed it to the "T" and when our baby's head poked out during delivery and the nurse said, "It looks like a boy!" I did some dancing. My boy is now 23 years old and it is positively the best in life having both a boy and a girl.

Summary: It worked for me! Coincidence or not?!
Review: If anything, this book was really interesting to read. I am facsinated by the reproductive system and it was hard to put this book down. My first born was a son. Next time around, we wanted to "try for a girl". We went by the books suggestions faithfully and it took 3 months to conceive our daughter. 4 years later, we will soon be trying for baby #3 in which we would like to have another girl. Let's see if the next attempt will work. I am going to go buy the updated book as the one I have was updated in 1995.

Summary: How to choose the sex of your baby.
Review: It truly works! I now have the daughter I've always dreamed of! Anyone who is looking for a very informative book on concieving a child of a particular sex should read this book! I have even been successful in advising and predicting pregnancys of family and friends and although it has become a household joke, referred to as "our science project", she is everything we've ever dreamed of and our family of four is now complete. It would have been complete regardless, and I truly want to stress to many of you(as so does this book!), that if you decide to use these methods, disappointment will never be a factor in your heart nor in your mind!A child is lifes greatest gift!

Summary: it didn't work for me
Review: both my husband and i wanted our first born to be a boy, so we decided to give this method a try. after 3 months of carefully following the steps, i was pregnant with a baby girl. we were sort of disappointed at first, but we are very blessed to have a healthy and adorable baby girl. i think chance is the biggest factor. it doesn't matter which method you use.

Summary: It worked for me!
Review: My husband and I already had two boys, I convinced him that we try for a girl, this last time after hearing about the book. I read & studied the book for months before trying, and we were so excited when we learned I was pregnant with a GIRL. I didn't think I had a chance at a girl, but this book can really work for you if you have patience. I have recommended it to many friends, one of whom just had her baby boy (after reading the boy chapter of my book) She already had two girls! Good Luck to all.
