Summary: Great read!
Review: Chris Erskine writes a column in the Los Angeles Times every Thursday which I look forward to reading. When I heard he wrote a book I knew I would enjoy reading it as well. I reccomend the book highly, it is filled with family anecdotes that anybody with children will find familiar and entertaining.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Clever, funny and relevant
Review: I always look forward to Thursdays, when Chris Erskine's column appears in the LA Times. He is very clever and very funny. For anyone with kids, his observations and insights ring true. I am thrilled that he has a book available, and I am going to give copies to various friends for the holidays. You will love this book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Masterpieces
Review: I have been an LA Times reader for over 20 years and I have taken a liking to reading articles by Chris Erskine. I don't always agree but at least he's making an honest effort to put out quality work. This book is a collection of his articles from the LA Times. I think he has a dry sense of humor and his articles get better over time. He is like a fine wine and with age he is sure to be one of the best there is. I see the future and Chris Erskine's writing is in it.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Don't waste your time
Review: What made the LA Times want to publish this guys columns. First of all, this book get a B for B-O-R-I-N-G.
It will put you to sleep. This Erskine guy is best left to his 10 or so inches that he gets in the Times. He's out of touch with contemporary culture.
