Rating: Summary: Excellent pediatric guide to eating behaviors Review: As a mother, Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition I wanted to say that this book is an excellent resource for parents. It has become the book that I recommend to parents of healthy children and also the book that I give out at baby showers. The recipes are certainly well tested and easy to make. I particularly like the fact that children can help in preparing many fun snacks and foods. The nutrition advise is also sound and exactly what parents wonder about and need a little more information on. It's a great buy!

Rating: Summary: Not what I expected Review: Breakfast recipes were mostly muffins. Lunch and Dinner recipes were OK, I wanted more ideas and recipes. Book just didn't meet my expectations.
Rating: Summary: What a terrific resource for parents! Review: Food for Tots is a charming, information-packed resource that will help parents of toddlers find a wide variety of appealing and healthy foods. I especially enjoyed the "tot tips" that answered questions a parent might have as she reads the recipes and commentary. This useful book also includes important nutrition information, advice about common feeding problems and information about food allergies.
Rating: Summary: Disappointing. Review: I bought this book because I wanted recipes similar to the best-odds recipes in the back of "What To Expect The First Year." What I found was recipes for food that, quite frankly, I could easily make without a written recipe. There's a couple of good ones in there, but it's not worth the investment.
