Summary: This book will help you feel better .
Review: This lovely book was given to me after my husband, age 39, died of a heart attack. My idyllic life had been ripped away and I was responsible for 3 young children. After reading this fine book, I was renewed and was able to move on and assume responsibilities I never thought possible. I have purchased this book for others to read with the hope that it will help them as much as it helped me. Give this book to a friend who grieves, they will really appreciate it.

Summary: Look elsewhere for words of wisdom
Review: This sparse book merely TELLS Y OU how you should feel. The author's tone is condescending and commanding. I found nothing substantive or helpful and literally read the book from cover to cover in five minutes (irrelevant black and white photographs adorn nearly every other page). Summary: This book is a great way to help yourself and others.
Review: Written in easy to understand language, this book walks the reader through the grieving process. It is a wonderful way to learn you are not the only person to ever ride the rollercoaster of emotion that comes with losing someone you love. A great addition to your personal library, and likely one of the most helpful gifts you could give.
