Rating: Summary: you can tell Dan's a really nice guy Review: This book will make you laugh out loud, and consider the fact that you're going through many of the same things. I turned thirty a month and a half ago, and lately I've found myself doing all kinds of crazy things - like calling the cops on my neighbors who would simply not stop the party, even though it was really late on a Sunday night. I haven't taken up golf (yet), but I do live in a "fixer-uper" starter house, and I worry about money and the future every day - I found myself relating to the author. Give this book a try, you won't regret it.
Rating: Summary: Fabulously entertaining Review: This was awesome entertainment in short bursts. I hadn't stopped laughing at one chapter and the another fit would follow. Had a lot of fun reading reading it. It was light in both quantity and definitely quality. Even though I am much younger than the audience in question, I can totally relate to all of the author's experiences having seen so many friends go through the "reluctancy" phase.
Rating: Summary: LOVED IT! Review: Zevin is absolutely hilarious.. Even though I couldn't relate to much of What he wrote about (like the gardening and the dogs), it was still funny beyond proportion.. Very smart, very funny writer.
