Summary: This book isn't really worth buying.
Review: This book looks a lot better than it actually is. I found little new information, there certainly isn't anything in this book that the better ones in the genre doesn't contain. Also the tone and level of advice in the book reeks of amateurism.

Instead read for instance the aid climbing chapter in "Mountaineering the Freedom of the Hills" or "Big Walls (How to Rock Climb Series)," by John Long and John Middendorf, round that up with perhaps the best one in the field "Climbing Big Walls," by Mike Strassman and you will be much better off.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: not worth 1 dollar
Review: This book never touches on aid climbing it says half of what John Long says in his "How to rock climb" series, but not nearly as well.
