Review: Make sure you look at things like the number of pages before you buy books. This book only has 16. That is pretty short unless you are a 5 year old. I will say that this book has great photos of many different species of jellyfish. But it has almost zero information about them. I think children would like this book very much, but if you actually want to learn about jellyfish or collect a LOT of photos, get a bigger more substanial work.

Review: This book,as small as it is, is a "giant" of information and beautiful pictures of a life form that is little known to us. The variety of jellies examined here is the tip of the "jelly iceberg"...a wonderful introduction to the amazing world of invertebrates.
