Zenith 7-Device Remote With Glow Keys (ZEN725)

Review: I purchased the ZEN725 which is advertised as being able to operate PIP and it does NOT even have a PIP button. When I attempted to call the helpline I could not get to a live person ,just push one ,push two ,etc. I then tried the Email address and got a can't find answer. I'm taking it back for a refund.
